Login to a PC
Novell or ADS login
To log in to a PC that is connected to the university network, you need your ZIM ID.
The first time you log onto the Novell server, a local copy of the user profile will be created on the PC. You can use the local copy of the user profile to log on locally.
Logging on locally
If a local login is necessary – because you want to login on a work laptop, for example, without connecting to the university network – then you first need to select the button 'only login on computer'. Then enter your local ID and password.
Installation instructions for employees
PC. That ID should be used only to install software and configure certain system settings.
