CampusCard for doctoral candidates

Doctoral, postdoctoral and visiting scholars at the University are eligible to receive a CampusCard.

• CampusCards for matriculated persons

Have you invited a visiting scholar? The Welcome Centre will support you in applying for and organising the necessary media.

Are you simultaneously a matriculated doctoral candidate and a staff member? Then you can choose whether you want the CampusCard version for staff or students.

Staff who are simultaneously enrolled as doctoral students and have opted for the staff version of the CampusCard can apply for a so-called supplementary student card at the Student Administration Office for each semester. This paper pass can be used, among other things, as a semester ticket for bus journeys on the public transport system of Verkehrsbetriebsgesellschaft Passau mbH (VBP). Please always bring along a valid photographic ID when using public transport in case there are inspections.
