Recover data

Depending on the server name and your operating system, you can determine how you can recover deleted files. Our overview will tell you how to determine your server name.

Recover files using Windows

Here’s how to recover files:

1. Right-click on the folder containing the deleted file.
2. Select 'Properties'.
3. In the tab 'Previous versions', all the available versions will be listed for you.
4. Tip: Tip: Select the desired status and click 'Open'. A new window will open with the desired status. You can now browse the status and copy the desired file into the current folder.
5. As an alternative to 'Open', you can click 'Restore'. Here, the desired status will be restored for you directly.
